This character home had been long neglected when Headwater purchased it. With considerable hard work and expertise from our Construction Manager and design team, we restored it to its former charm. We modernized the full bathroom with a soaker tub and oversized mirrored cabinet. The kitchen was made new with wainscoting, cabinetry, and modern appliances, including dishwasher, gas stove, built-in microwave, and hood fan. We upgraded plumbing and electrical, refinished the original hardwood floors, and gave it brand new, stylish lighting throughout. After restoring this beauty, Headwater sold it in 2017.
