New homes where Delta needs them most—close to public transit. This project will offer 225 condos in a pair of 6-storey buildings. They range from studios to 3-bedroom units, for buyers at varying life stages.  

Residents will enjoy the convenience of underground parking, indoor and outdoor amenities, and daycare on site. In addition, 99 rental apartments will occupy a third building.
